Poster Abstract Submissions

We want to hear about your research, whether it is completed or you want to show us where it is going! As an attendee of the Advanced Therapeutics in Movement & Related Disorders® (ATMRD) Congress, we invite you to submit an abstract highlighting a new or an encore poster. 

Submission deadline: May 31, 2024.

Accepted abstract authors notified by: June 7, 2024.

Accepted posters will be viewed by leading and emerging clinicians specializing in movement disorders in the United States.

Display space is limited, so respond now to guarantee your opportunity to be included. Don’t miss out!

Abstract Guidelines

Topics must be related to movement disorders and address:
- clinical research
- best practices for patient management, or
- improving patient quality of life
Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
Submissions should include the full names and affiliations of all authors.
We encourage abstracts on original research not published elsewhere.
Abstracts may be submitted for an encore poster previously accepted and displayed at a conference or meeting, provided:
- It was a conference or meeting within 2023-2024.
- You include the conference/meeting at which your poster was accepted and displayed, date(s) of the conference/meeting, and location of the conference/meeting.
Multiple submissions are welcomed.
Deadline for submission is May 31, 2024.
Notification of acceptance will be by June 7, 2024.

Abstract submissions will be reviewed and selected for poster display and presentation at ATMRD by our medical review board led by MedStar Georgetown University Hospital faculty.

Poster Guidelines

These guidelines apply to those who are selected to present a poster at ATMRD.

Presenters will be required to print, ship, and set up their poster onsite.
Poster size is limited to 36 inches tall x 48 inches wide.
We encourage at least one contributing author to attend.
Authors may designate a presenter who is familiar with the topic and subject matter.
Presenters should be prepared to discuss the content and answer attendee’s questions during the designated poster session.
A select number of outstanding posters will receive special recognition.
