We do not offer a virtual/streaming option for the ATMRD Congress. The ATMRD course directors, Dr. Pagan and Dr. Torres-Yaghi, prioritize gathering in-person and believe people engage better with the material and with each other when present. The focus is on learning through discussion, questioning, and hands-on experience – a format difficult to replicate via streamed courses.
Please check out our catalog of virtual CME courses, including an ATMRD preview course, at https://education.pmdalliance.org/.
We will be following local requirements that are in place at the time of the Congress.
“I’ve tried for 10 years getting this congress up and going. It wasn’t until we partnered with PMD Alliance that my dream became a reality. At Georgetown MedStar we bring the intellectual, but that patient care and empathy is the special sauce that comes from PMD Alliance, and what makes this congress so special.” Dr. Fernando Pagan, ATMRD Course Director and Professor & Vice Chairman, Department of Neurology at Georgetown University Medical Center.
The partnership between PMD Alliance and Georgetown University ensures that learning is informed by the most prevalent needs and concerns of movement disorder patients.
The core purpose of ATMRD is to marry education in research with current therapies. Be prepared to explore in-depth, science-based research focused on efficacy in advancing patients and clinical practice case studies to add value and deepen the discussion.
A robust conversation among colleagues and healthcare providers, this congress is all about enhancing clinical practices for patients, their support network, and you as a clinician.
YES. Last year’s professional headshot booth was a huge success, and we’ll be bringing it back in 2024.
